Hi, I'm Catrina Burrell.

I am Catrina Burrell A Nurse by profession and healing is my passion. Self-love is something that is difficult to practice, we can give it limitlessly and unconditionally to others but limit and place conditions on ourselves, this is where we begin the journey of healing. My calling in life is to help you see what is truly inside of you, to help you reach your goals in life and develop and maintain healthy relationships. To accomplish this you must release that which no longer serves you and tap into the resources that are available to heal mentally, physically and spiritually. The journey of becoming is a journey, we all are on a path to our Devine life purpose and while on that path we may sometimes stray. The goal is to learn lessons and keep elevating yourself as nothing happens in life by chance. I desire to assist you on your journey of healing from childhood trauma, generational trauma, self sabotaging behaviors and toxic relationships so that you can become the best version of yourself. My desire is to see you living a healthy abundant life where you can attain all things your heart desire. Our goal while working together is for you to look into the mirror and see the true you a reflection of love, grace, peace and joy. When you learn to love yourself deeply and unconditionally, you attract all that is love and love is the key to an abundant life.
